Aircraft Parts Solutions LLC Terms and Conditions are located at www.aps.parts (PO Terms and Conditions) . Seller confirms notification and full acceptance of APS Parts' Terms and Conditions.

General Information
Parts Condition: Operationally checked and removed. Lead Time: In stock and ready for shipping. Price: Outright unless exchange terms noted on quote. Warranty: For parts sold and issued with an FAA 8130 the warranty period is 60 days from receipt. Parts sold "As Removed" have a warranty period of 45 days from date of receipt.

Certification Paperwork: FAA 8130 Minimum unless otherwise stated.

Shipping: Buyer responsible for shipping. If processing and shipping on an AOG basis or during the weekend or holiday additional fees may be added. Parts purchased for the sole purpose of being overhauled, modified, and/or upgraded; warranty terms above aren't applicable as it's strictly & "Operational Warranty" and buyer assumes 100% liability for items rejected during the course of the
aforementioned work. For parts requiring special crates the cost of
that packaging will be added to the invoice.

Returns: A restocking fee of 35% is applicable to all orders returned provided the
part(s) hasn't been removed and fitted to the aircraft. Customer is also responsible for shipping of the part(s) back to APS. If the part was fitted and performed properly and a return is requested, full re-certification of the part(s) through an approved vendor will be required and considered a chargeable event to the purchaser. All cores must be returned within 30 days otherwise a fee
equal to the original purchase price will be applied to the account and updated invoice sent to the buyer. Refunds for warranty will be issued within ten (10) business days of the part being received, inspected, and checked back into our quality
system.

Payment Information
Purchases can be made via credit card or wire transfer. A 3% convenience fee applies
when using a credit card.
